Independent filmmaker Alex Moon’s short 'Until Lies Do Us Part' has been selected for the 2026 New York Lift-Off Film Festival.
The story follows a bride who discovers that her partner has made the same promise to another woman, setting off a confrontation shaped by betrayal and identity.
Moon created the visual assets with Dreamina and completed editing, pacing and sound design in CapCut Video Studio.
“This film was never about the tools themselves,” Moon said. “It was about how emotion, timing, and storytelling can still drive a film even when the production pipeline changes.”
