Terms of Service
Welcome to Max It Magazine. By accessing or using our website or submitting content, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Using Max It Magazine
You may browse, read, and share content freely. You’re responsible for the accuracy of material you submit.
2. Submissions
When you submit text, images, video, or other materials, you certify that the original portions were independently created by you or by the creator you are authorized to represent. You must have permission to submit any third-party materials and to grant the license below for them. You also certify that your submission does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark, or rights of publicity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You grant Max It Magazine a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and distribute the materials you submit, and to edit, format, publish, and promote them in connection with Max It Magazine and its editorial coverage. You confirm that you have the authority to grant this license for every submitted material.
- We apply light copyediting before publishing.
- We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion.
- You retain ownership of your original work.
3. Acceptable Use
Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits, Rights, and Corrections
You must provide accurate creator credits, permission information, and meaningful image descriptions where requested. Max It Magazine may verify, edit, label, correct, unpublish, or archive material to protect accuracy, safety, rights holders, and editorial integrity. Substantive corrections are handled under our Editorial Standards.
5. Fundraising & External Campaigns
Max It Magazine showcases independent film projects, including ones that are raising money. We do not collect, process, hold, or transmit any funds. When you choose to support a film, you are taken to a third-party platform (such as GoFundMe, Kickstarter, Seed&Spark, or Indiegogo) or asked to contact the filmmaker directly, and any contribution is made entirely on that external service or directly to the filmmaker.
- Fundraising campaigns are created and run by the filmmakers, not by Max It Magazine.
- We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any campaign, funding goal, or use of funds.
- We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their terms, fees, or outcomes — including whether a project is completed or delivers any promised rewards.
- Any dispute about a contribution is between you, the filmmaker, and the platform used.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
