8EIGHTY8 Pictures and O’Riley Media Group released 'Fiddle Faddle Fortune,' a fast-paced indie comedy with elements of camp, fantasy and film noir, on Amazon Prime Video on Aug. 1.

The film stars Jasmine Haver, Erik Peters and improvisational comedian Roz Stanley. 'RuPaul’s Drag Race' alum Jaymes Mansfield joins the cast in a voiceover role as the storybook reader, an omnipresent theatrical narrator who guides viewers through the film’s setup.

The story follows local fortune teller Evangeline, played by Haver, and her sidekick Loretta, played by Stanley. After Evangeline curses someone to murder her husband, the pair summons a comical spirit to haunt a couple struggling with marital problems and teach them a lesson about working together.

“The chemistry between Jasmine and Roz is pure lightning, and having Jaymes Mansfield curate the chaos as our storybook narrator takes the movie to a whole new level,” said director Robert Michael, who also appears as Burton, a local police detective. “Jaymes brings this incredible old-Hollywood cartoon energy that bridges the gap between the film’s wild physical comedy and its fantasy elements.”

The film also includes a genre-blending original soundtrack featuring “Voo-Doo” by Michael.
