LOS ANGELES — Powell & Price Productions has announced its upcoming feature 'Kill Code', a high-concept cyberpunk action thriller from writer-director Justin Price. The film stars Franzi Schissler, Harvey Keitel, Tyrese Gibson, Frank Grillo and Jacob Artist, and is slated for worldwide release in 2026.
In a crime-plagued future, a power-hungry corporation issues deadly watches to criminals, forcing them to eliminate each other for freedom — and only one of their own has the power to dismantle the system from within. Set in a fractured new America, 'Kill Code' blends neon cyberpunk aesthetics with grounded dystopian grit, drawing inspiration from 'Blade Runner' and 'Children of Men'. Schissler stars as Elera, a cyber-enhanced operative who uncovers the truth behind the Onyx program.
“Franzi Schissler is a superstar,” said David Snyder, Academy Award–nominated production designer of 'Blade Runner'. “She carries the screen with the intensity of a young Sigourney Weaver.” Added Harvey Keitel, whose credits include 'Pulp Fiction', 'The Irishman' and 'Taxi Driver': “This is one of the best scripts I've ever read.”
Price — known for 'I Heart Robots' and 'Wawa: The Sandman's Kingdom' — developed 'Kill Code' as part of a multi-film universe with producing partner Latavius Powell. “We wanted to build a film that looks forward but feels human,” Price said. The film was presented to buyers at AFM, with The Exchange/Voltage Pictures handling global sales and a limited theatrical release planned for 2026.
