LOS ANGELES – Turkey’s rising media and entertainment company Novastar Media & Entertainment has announced that it has reached an agreement in principle with internationally renowned film production company Tribune Pictures regarding a strategic investment.
The investment negotiations are being led by prominent business figure Sertan Ayçiçek.
Tribune Pictures is a premium film production company and rights holder operating across Italy, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. The company runs full-service production facilities in Venice, Rome and Milan, supporting major film productions throughout Europe.

Tribune Pictures is currently involved in several high-caliber international film projects:
‘In the Hand of Dante’ — now in post-production, this feature film is adapted from Nick Tosches’ best-selling novel and directed by Julian Schnabel. The star-studded cast includes Martin Scorsese, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Al Pacino, Oscar Isaac, Gerard Butler, Benjamin Clementine and John Malkovich.
The company’s next project is a thriller starring Angelina Jolie, scheduled to begin filming in Thailand in Q2 2026.
Following this, Johnny Depp will star in a major adaptation of a globally best-selling Russian novel that has sold over 100 million copies.
Recently, three of their films were selected for the Venice Film Festival 25.
As part of its international growth strategy, Tribune Pictures has also established a Nevada-based limited liability company, which is one of the primary focuses of Novastar’s investment interest.
