Rebekah wanted to do a live Podcast as her goal was to give this very niche and specialist area of education wider exposure and to take a deep dive into film festival programming with her guests to give audience members the opportunity to connect with Festival Programmers and build a rapport with them. Rebekah has confirmed for the live shows members from the Oscar Qualifying deadCenter programming team, the USA’s largest genre festival Fantastic Fest, 3 of LA’s most respected festivals; North Hollywood Cinefest, New Filmmakers Los Angeles, Dances with Films and the renowned Arab Film & Media Institute.
The first stop is the Oscar Qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival on August 11 th 6.00pm, Suite #411, Ovation Hollywood, Los Angeles.

The reaction to news of the Live Podcast shows has been extremely positive within the Industry and local sponsors have recently come on board to support the event. More live dates will be announced soon as several more shows are being confirmed.
