LOS ANGELES – Aug. 26, 2025 – Omnia Pictures, a new venture developed by Penwheel Universe in partnership with Eyedeal Image Productions, announces its formal launch and its collaborative focus on bold, original storytelling across film and television. The company is built around a trio of creative leadership — Bobby Cloud, John Uranday, and Liana Mendoza — whose combined experience spans feature filmmaking, drama, and storytelling across diverse platforms.
The trio just completed principal photography on their first collaboration under the Omnia Pictures banner.
Omnia Pictures aims to push storytelling boundaries through a collaborative approach that leverages Cloud’s award-winning producing and production insight, Uranday’s acclaimed directing and writing background, and Mendoza’s development and acting-influenced perspective. The team is actively developing an extensive slate of concepts at various stages of production, with a particular emphasis on high-impact narratives and fresh formats designed for global audiences.

Key components of Omnia Pictures’ current slate include two feature projects, ‘Piece’ and ‘Starry Night,’ developed in partnership with Mendoza Brothers Studios. The partnerships secure substantial financing and set plans for production in the coming year, with significant budgets allocated to bring these stories to life. Talent attachments and specific release windows will be announced as production progresses.
Omnia Pictures is also forging a strategic collaboration with a streaming service backed by major network studios, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovative distribution models and broad, global reach for its content.
Bobby Cloud, John Uranday, and Liana Mendoza are jointly steering Omnia Pictures, with Cloud and Uranday bringing a shared track record in producing and directing compelling genre and character-driven content, and Mendoza contributing development leadership and diverse storytelling experience. The team is supported by a broader network of partners and professionals across production, development, and distribution.
