Pioneering AI Cinema: Atil Altas And Adarnio Present Nature Drive
Selected for the Lift-Off Sessions 2025, Nature Drive dissolves the line between sound and image, merging Adarnio’s emotional resonance with Atil Altas’ surreal, algorithmic landscapes

Adarnio – “Nature Drive” Directed by Atil Altas Nature Drive is the latest audiovisual collaboration between the reclusive electronic artist Adarnio and Belgian filmmaker Atil Altas, founder of Turboslow, a creative studio specializing in AI-driven storytelling.
Produced entirely with Google Gemini AI, the video reimagines the connection between humanity and nature through a fusion of experimental music and generative imagery. Officially selected for the Lift-Off Sessions 2025, films that take part will be screened for 2 weeks on Vimeo On Demand.
Nature Drive pushes the boundaries of contemporary music videos by merging emotional sound design with surreal, machine-crafted landscapes.
Adarnio began his musical journey at just twelve years old, starting out as a hobbyist cassette collector who recorded songs from the radio and spliced them together into personal mixtapes. Growing up in a region where finding new music was nearly impossible, he transformed this limitation into creative opportunity, digitizing his recordings to build an archive of sounds that would later shape his distinctive musical voice. For the past twenty-five years,
Adarnio has remained intentionally anonymous, creating music not for fame or profit but for pure passion. Working independently, without agencies or labels, he has produced countless tracks guided entirely by personal emotion and curiosity.
With Nature Drive, Adarnio channels his fascination with the balance between serenity and chaos found in the natural world. The track’s slow, organic rhythm reflects the calm heartbeat of nature while embracing its unpredictable energy.
Director Atil Altas translates this vision into vivid, AI-generated imagery — a cinematic journey through evolving terrains and elemental transformations.
Together, they craft a meditative, visually arresting experience that blurs the line between human creativity and artificial intelligence, reminding audiences that technology, at its best, can amplify the poetry of the natural world.
